McNulty Veteran Business Center
Welcome to the McNulty Veteran Business Center and thank you for your service!
Since 2014, the McNulty Veteran Business Center has helped veterans, service members and military spouses, start and grow their businesses. We are a critical partner in the efforts to convert ideas into viable businesses and steward them throughout the process.
The Center serves as the host organization for the U.S. SBA Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC), covering New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We provide a range of services and networking opportunities, including entrepreneurial training, counseling, and network connections to veterans, transitioning service members and their spouses. We leverage emerging technologies to harness and strengthen the veteran business ecosystem providing services both virtually and in-person.

In 2018, the McNulty Veteran Business Center, Inc. was established as an independent 501c3 non-profit organization with its vision to become the preeminent destination for vetrepreneurs nationwide, serving as a navigator throughout the lifecycle of the veteran’s business ownership.
Our origins stem from our predecessor organization’s, the Arsenal Business and Technology Partnership (ABTP), response to Governor Cuomo’s call to action to create more opportunities for New York’s veterans. Founded as an accelerator program, the Michael R. McNulty Center for Veteran Entrepreneurial Activity, helped veteran entrepreneurs overcome obstacles to small business ownership and provided access to an extensive network of business resources in the Capital Region. Now as an independent entity, the McNulty Veteran Business Center strives to build on that legacy of empowering business success for those who served.
